Angel's Feather revolves around the existence of Wingfield, another world where the ruling bloodline all possess white wings. But an unrestful group of people with black wings also existed in the kingdom, and fifteen years ago murdered the royal family. They also came to the human world, where the Emperor's brother Robèrt lived with his human wife Mari, and their twin sons. Those with black wings also attempted to kill the members of the royal family living there.

Robèrt's twin sons Shou and Kai were saved by a young imperial soldier living with the family, who left them at an orphanage. A few years later, they were seperated, and still know nothing of their origins.

Fifteen years later, Shou and Kai, along with most of the other Wingfield survivors find themselves through choice or manipulation at Yuusei Gakuen, where it quickly becomes obvious those with black wings have some influence.
