If the game has a main, character, Shou is it. He is upbeat, energetic, and optimistic. But he can often act without thinking. Not too great in academics, but excellent in Kendo. In middle school, he and his teammates (including Naoto) won the National Championships. Shou and his twin brother Kai lived in an orphanage until they were five, at which point Kai was adopted, and Shou hasn't seen him since.

Shou comes to Yuusei Gakuen on a special Kendo scholarship.
